👩🍳 Made with our store-made roasted sesame paste, our Tantanmen has become one of our team's personal favorites. The flavor is difficult to describe; it's nutty, sour, sweet, and savory all at once.
👨🍳 We cook our noodles in a "tonkotsu sauce," which is a rich pork bone broth mixed with our seasonings and spices for a lip-coating texture. Topped with ground pork, onsen egg, beansprouts, and leeks.
